At Vinavast, we take fraudulent activity extremely seriously. To protect our business and our customers, we have implemented several security measures.

Order verification

We reserve the right to request additional verification for any order. This may include asking for a photo of the credit card (with certain digits hidden) and a government-issued ID to match the billing information.

Fraud monitoring

All transactions are monitored by advanced anti-fraud systems. Orders that are flagged by our system may be held for manual review or cancelled without prior notice.

Billing & shipping addresses

The billing address must match the address on file with the cardholder's bank. For high-value orders, we may require the shipping address to match the billing address.
