Leonard Kamhout & The Sound Of Inegrity

Leonard could have fought for the name. Instead, he chose freedom. In 1996, he founded his own brand—first Leonard Kamhout, later Lone Ones—to reclaim the integrity that had been lost. Where Chrome Hearts embraced gothic bravado, Leonard turned inward. He created the Mating Flight collection, replacing swords with bells, daggers with teardrops. Lone Ones was never about logos. It was a whisper for those who listen for the soul.

Before his passing in 2016, Leonard designed his final statement: the Chrome Bell. Its "Weeping Cross" appears to melt or cry—a silent, dignified reflection on the brand he helped build but ultimately left

It is a story of truth. It is the original voice—the one that chose artistry over empire, and integrity over legacy.
